History of Proven Results
Medicus Development Partners™ is a Chicago-based private equity and development firm that was formed in 1994 by healthcare real estate industry veterans Fred D. Campobasso and Brian Baker Jr. to improve healthcare and focus on developing innovative healthcare real estate projects across the U.S.
Prior to Medicus, Fred D. Campobasso formed AMDC, one of the pioneers in bringing comprehensive facilities and real estate solutions to healthcare organizations around the country. In 2007, AMDC was acquired by Navigant Consulting and the the healthcare development division was acquired by Ankura.
The depth and breadth of capabilities provided by Medicus and its affiliates has contributed to a legacy of successful real estate investing including ground up development and acquisition opportunities of all sizes and complexity.
