Another win for UIH!
The University of Illinois Health (UI Health) 200,000 square foot Specialty Care Building has won the Best Healthcare Project for ENR’s Midwest Region. Two panels of expert judges selected projects that represent outstanding quality of work, spurred innovative ideas and overcame intriguing challenges.
MDP served as the Developer for this landmark Public - Private Partnership (P3) project.
Congratulations to UI Health, the community, its stakeholders and the entire development team including Ankura, Shive-Hattery, Pepper Construction Group / BROWN & MOMEN, INC JV and the many other team members that made this happen!
